There’s one thing that boxers, basketball players, football players, and martial artists do commonly: they all jump rope to effectively workout their body. Obviously it’s not just a children’s toy – but it’s for people who want to gain a powerful advantage over their competition, or for those who just want a good cardiovascular workout.

You too can use a jump rope for your workout. All you have to do is get a jump rope that fits your size. It’s only going to cost you about $10-$15 for even the best jump ropes. You also only need a place to jump rope that will allow you to jump without touching the ceiling or the wall. When you compare this to an exercise machine, such as a treadmill or a stair-stepper, you’re going to be spending much less money compared to those $1000+ machines.

Not only is a jump rope cheap to buy, but it’s extremely effective. That is exactly why it’s used by many athletes to boost their cardiovascular endurance. Short of running up a steep hill, there isn’t anything else that’s better at working out your body faster and better.

When you bike, walk, or jog, you’re not using your arms as much as when you jump rope. When you jump rope, it makes your whole body work together, which strengthens and tones your whole body. Not only that, but the skipping movement when you jump rope is a lot less stressful on your legs than running is, which allows you to gain the health benefits you want without the bad effects such as bad knees and ankles.

Other positive health benefits from jumping rope:

1. Jump ropes can improve your hand, eye, and foot coordination
2. It’s low impact, but can burn more calories than an 8-minute mile run.
3. Improves your posture by strengthening your core muscles around your back and spine.
4. Strengthens your bones and muscles in the lower body.
5. Tones your thighs, abs, butt, arms, and chest – basically, it’s toning your whole body!

What you need to begin:
1. The right shoes: preferably cross trainers, or something with a great cushion to absorb the shock of your feet constantly hitting the floor.
2. Comfortable clothes: sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt should be fine
3. Space: You don’t want your rope to hit the ceiling or the wall, so find an adequate room or go outdoors to do your workout.
4. You may want to avoid carpets, grass/dirt, and concrete. Try to jump on top of something that will give against your body. Wood or linoleum can be good locations.

How long should you be jumping rope?
For every half-hour of jogging you would normally do, you would want to do the equivalent in jump roping, which is 10-15 minutes of jump rope. So that means if you would do 1 hour of jogging, you will get the same workout if you jump rope for 20-30 minutes. You’ll be saving yourself a lot of time due to the effectiveness of jump ropes!

Since jump ropes can burn mega calories, you’ll begin to see some signs of losing weight in just a couple weeks – if not, several days. Best of all, jumping rope will help with a healthy heart and cuts down the chances of heart attacks, strokes, and heart disease.

Also… did I ever mention that jump ropes can be FUN? Walking, jogging, or doing anything on a stationary machine can be boring, but jump ropes actively involve your mind so that you don’t mess up – this will distract you from all of your surroundings and prevent you from becoming bored with the workout.

So go grab a jump rope and jump! Watch your fat loss speed up, your body improve, and feel great about your body’s new health and energy.

You’ve all heard it before: the greatest way to lose fat is to boost your metabolism. It sounds great, but how exactly do you do it? What can you do to enhance your metabolic rate and increase weight loss?

First, you have to know what exactly metabolism is so that you know what’s going to be effective and what isn’t. Metabolism is the speed at which your body processes energy (burns calories). This means that the higher your metabolism is, the more calories you will be burning. This is the reason why we see certain people eat like crazy, yet still stay thin.

There are many factors that can influence your metabolism. That’s why no one has the exact same metabolism and why many families tend to have similar metabolic rates. Age, sex, activity levels, genes, and food intake can all effect your metabolism. So now, lets take a look at how you can stimulate your metabolism so that you can begin to burn those stored fats.

1. Limit your stress. This means getting rid of problems and stressors in your life. Stress is well known to cause your body to keep its fat instead of burning it. This is because of the stress hormones that we can’t control.

2. Don’t skip meals! A lot of people don’t realize this, but when they go on a “starvation diet” to cut out significant calories, they’re actually being counter-productive. Your body enters survival mode and stores fat rather than use them. Due to the fact that you’re not giving your body its proper nutrients, it has to survive for itself and it will store your current fat and slow down metabolism to survive.

3. Do more daily activities. Kids are always running around and keeping a high level of activity, so they always have a very high rate of metabolism. They eat like crazy and don’t gain that much weight. The same thing applies to you. While you’re not exactly going to play in a playground or throw around a ball, you can try to get as much exercise as possible. For example, you can try walking to a the bus stop nearby. Or you can park far from your office or grocery store so that you have to walk more to get there. You may even want to use the stairwells instead of an elevator. These extra activities will improve your metabolism and health.

4. Build more muscles. Muscles will burn more calories, even while you’re at rest… so if you have more muscles, you’ll be able to burn more calories. If you don’t have that much time to head towards the gym to do weight training, you can try doing some at home exercises.
>>Read my article “Can’t Get to the Gym? 5 Exercises For at Home Workouts to Build Your Muscles!“
If you have time and get access to a gym, then it’s a great idea to set up a weekly schedule of weight lifting exercises.

5. Drink plenty of water. Many people carry drinks with them during the day, and most of the time those drinks actually aren’t water. Just think about it for a second: if you’re drinking something else, you’re just adding more calories to your body that you may not be active enough to burn off. Drink a lot of water instead so that you’re only taking in calories when you’re eat. Also, drinking water is great because sometimes your thirst may be disguised as hunger. Many times when you have to eat, you’re actually just thirsty… except you won’t realize this. So the next time you’re feeling a little hungry, try drinking something first to see if it will cut down on your snacking.

Many people find that weight loss is one of the most difficult tasks. They always hop on top of a scale to see their progress, only go get disappointed. The reason why this happens is because many people don’t know about the essential weight loss facts. They are misled about information regarding weight loss. Before you go and get even more frustrated at losing weight, take a look at these important facts that will get you started on the right path.

Weight Loss Facts #1: Muscle Weights More Than Fat

If you’re exercising and weight lifting, don’t feel bad if it seems that there’s no progress on the scales. Even if you find that your weight is increasing, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting fatter. When you’re building muscle from exercising and weight lifting, you’ll see that the muscle weighs more than fat. Your main goal should be FAT LOSS rather than weight loss.

Weight Loss Facts #2: Starvation is Bad for the Metabolism

A lot of people think that by cutting back on calories, they’ll magically begin to lose lots of fat. The truth is that when you starve yourself, you’re being counter-productive. The reason is that your body enters survival mode, and does whatever it can to live: which means conserving your calories and slowing down your metabolism.

Weight Loss Facts #3: 2-Pound Per Week Weight Loss is Actually Good!

Many people get frustrated when they weigh in, and one of the reasons for this is because they set their goals too high. For example, the may aim for 5-10 pounds of weight loss in a week! While this is a possible goal for your first weigh in, it’s much harder in the future. Lowering your goals to something like 2-pounds per week is much more realistic, and it’s not bad… many people lose weight at that rate!

Weight Loss Facts #4: Exercise will Speed Up Weight Loss

Many people think that just going on a healthy diet is more than enough to lose weight. The reality of it is that you must exercise in order to reach your weight loss goals. Exercising (as well as weight lifting) will help you grow muscle mass, which will allow your body to burn much more calories each day.

Weight Loss Facts #5: Find Ways to Speed Up Your Metabolism

It isn’t really that difficult to speed up your metabolism. All you need to do is exercise and eat specific types of foods. For example, green tea and spicy foods such as red peppers have proven to be great ways of raising metabolism. You can find green tea in pill forms, but since it tastes great, you might prefer to drink it instead!

Weight Loss Facts #6: Water will Stop you From Eating!

Most of the time, when people are hungry, the truth is that they’re really just feeling dehydrated. So the next time you have the urge to go and grab a snack, go for the water and drink a glass of it. You’ll most likely feel full after drinking that. If not, then at least it will fill up your stomach a bit so you won’t snack too much.

Weight Loss Facts #7: Fiber for Weight Loss

Did you know that fiber fills up your stomach and makes you feel full? Usually when you start off their day with healthy foods such as oatmeal and high fiber cereal, you’ll find that you won’t have to snack as much during the day until lunch. If you can eat high fiber lunches and dinners too, then that’s great! In addition to making you feel full, fiber will aid in fat loss by carrying fats out of your system.

Weight Loss Facts #8: Any Food In Small Amounts is Alright

One of the reasons why many people stop going on their weight loss programs is because they get rid of their favorite foods completely. If you do this, you’ll find it’s pretty hard to stay healthy for a long period of time. Instead of going on a completely new diet, change your life style up a bit. Allow yourself to eat your favorite foods once in a while, in moderation of course. If you completely cut out your favorite foods, you’ll eventually ditch all the healthy veggies and turn back to binging on junk foods! So give yourself a break once in a while!

Weight Loss Facts #9: Watch Your Pants

Remember: Your pants won’t lie to you. Even if your scale shows that you’ve been the same weight for a long time, remember that it’s how well your pants fit you. If you’re able to convert your fat into muscle, you’ll find that your weight loss will stop. Instead, just remember that you’re losing fat!

Ever heard of the phrase “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?” – It’s true. The greatest way of keeping our body healthy is to not even get sick in the first place. Maintaining our immune system in its best condition is the best way to fight against disease.

A common myth is that we have no control whatsoever over our immune system. The truth is, eating the right types of foods and taking good care of your body will allow you to fight off infections much more quickly and easily. Here are some methods you can use to boost your immunity:

* Have a lot of antioxidants in your diet. These will include vitamins such as A, C ane E. Foods that are rich in antioxidants are blueberries, cherries, strawberries, cranberries, Brussels sprouts, spinach, and tea. You may also have to take an antioxidant supplement each day due to the fact that it’s tough to get the daily recommended antioxidants through only a diet.

* Cut down on your sugar. Sugar tends to slow down the white blood cells, which will prevent your immune system from functioning efficiently. Keeping it away from your diets will make your health much better.

* Cut back on high fat foods. These are also harmful to your immune system. Having a lean diet will help you sustain a healthy weight and increase your immunity.

* Exercise often. Allow your blood to flow, which will let your white blood cells circulate within your body, and that means your white blood cells will be able to reach more germs and kill them quickly. Do your best to work out moderately at least 3-4 times per week.

* Keep your body clean. By that, I mean that you should drink a lot of water to flush your system. You may also want to get some colon cleansing items that you can utilize to get rid of bad toxins from your bodies once in a while. Doing this will get rid of harmful substances that can slow down your immune system.

* Consume vitamins, herbs, and minerals that help your immune system. Zinc does a great job of helping your immune system when you’re sick, and putting it in your diet or using a supplement will prevent you from getting sick at all. Herbs that can benefit your immune system are ones such as elderberry, astragalus, and garlic.

* Get a lot of rest. During your sleep, your body produces growth hormones that improve your immunity. If you don’t get enough sleep at night, you won’t be able to produce the right amounts that you need. So make sure that you get a good amount of sleep each night.

Your immune system is an amazing part of your body. If you take good care of it, it’ll take great care of you. Having a healthy diet, frequent exercise, and adqequate rest will ensure that your immune systems are functioning properly. Then you’ll be able to spend less time being sick and more time having fun with your life.

We all know that it’s not possible to get amazing abs over night, but it is possible to build your abs in a short amount of time. The downside is that there are going to be a lot of common habits in your life that you’ll have to get rid of. There aren’t any easy “cheats” to get fast abs that look nice. But still, it’s not a dream to get 6-pack abs if you follow these tips.

First of all, and the most obvious of all, is that you need to exercise in order to get fast abs! However, you can’t just do any exercise. You need to choose exercises that work all of the areas in and around your abs. The abdominal muscles consist of many types of muscle regions, and working out each of the regions is important in order for you to get nice abs. There are some very effective exercises that will help you out when you’re looking to get great fast abs.

Before you go out and try out those exercises however, you must consider your body’s weaknesses and strengths. For those of you already have great muscles, then you won’t have to do much work to get your six packs. However, if you’re scrawny or have some fat, then you’re going to have to follow certain programs in addition to exercises in order to fix your weaknesses and gain fast abs.

If you’re a hardgainer (a “skinny guy” who has trouble gaining weight and muscles) or if you’re overweight, then you have to follow a good healthy diet. Everyone needs watch their food & supplement consumption. This is an important part of shaping your body. Everything you eat is going to affect the way your body develops its muscles. Everyone should be avoiding junk foods, high-fat foods, beers, soda, etc (even if you’re a hardgainer). Instead, you should be consuming low-fat foods, fish, grains, etc. You also should be taking multivitamins and supplements to fulfill your daily needs. These will help stregthen your body and help you get fast abs.

If you need to lose fat, then you’ll need a good program to fit you. You should be doing cardio exercises such as swimming, running, and stationary bikes. Only when your body has a low fat percent should you even consider doing ab exercises (if you do ab exercises when you have fat around the area, then people won’t see the 6-pack underneath the fat – you must get rid of the fat first!). One program I highly recommend to lose fat and get your body into a nice shape is “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle,” by the personal trainer, Tom Venuto – It’s one of the best selling books in the weight loss industry, and is designed to make you build muscles. Read my Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Review

On the other hand, if you’re a hardgainer, you’re not going to want to do cardio (you’re already skinny… why get even skinnier?) – The key is that you’re going to have work a lot harder. That means you’re going to have to eat significantly more healthy foods and you’re going to have to work out more intensively. You need the food to give your body energy, and you need to weight lift intensively so that your body keeps the weight from your food as muscles, not fat. You’re going to have to work your body hard so that your entire physique (including your abs) will look nice. A program I recommend for this is Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building, a book that was written for skinny guys. He teaches you the proper dieting and weight lifting techniques, and even gives you a workout plan that you can use for an entire year. Read my No Nonsense Muscle Building Review

Whatever your body type is, skinny, fat, or built, you should remember to not put lots of strain on your ab muscles when you’re trying to get fast abs. You shouldn’t work them out everyday because your body needs a good amount of time to recover itself from all of your other strength training (I know I’ve made this mistake before… my abs hurt like crazy and I could barely stand up!).

Most important of all is that you need to be determined. Your results may sometimes not turn out like how you want them to be. But if you want to get those fast abs, you need to maintain a good rigorous training program and eat healthy foods. Whenever you see a person who has a nice 6-pack, you’ll know that they’ve been taking extremely good care of their body! You have to do the same thing too! You’re going to have to change your lifestyle up a bit, but remember that in the end, it’s all going to be worth it.

Remember to check out Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle or No Nonsense Muscle Building to get your program started.

Vince Delmonte isn’t going to take all the BS you hear in the muscle industry nowadays. His book isn’t going to give you any BS either; just pure no nonsense muscle building. If you’re a guy with a small and weak body, there’s no need to get pushed around by all of the crazy marketing supplements and muscle building fads that you hear in the muscle building industry. Vince Delmonte’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building will ingrain in your head the right methods for maintaining a lean physique using the right diet and workout program.

No Nonsense Muscle Building is primarily geared towards hardgainers (skinny guys that have trouble gaining weight and muscle). Vince wants you to know that in reality, if you’re one of the hardgainers, you can really gain a significant amount of muscle mass after you understand the right methods to train and diet. He promises that if you follow with his entire program, you will reach your goal. In this review, I’m going to discuss what you’ll find in the book that will help you build your muscles.

What does Vince Delmonte Say About Supplements?
This book is all about No Nonsense Muscle Building, so Vince Delmonte does just that: He proves that supplements aren’t necessary for muscle growth. He shows you that you don’t need supplements at all in a weight lifting program. In fact, most of them have very little effects, and some of them may even slow down your progress instead of helping it!

At some point, after hearing that statement, you’re probably thinking to yourself “Then why are there so many supplements available?” – According to Vince Delmonte, the truth is that they were designed for one purpose only: to milk your money. The bodybuilding industry developed supplements and used clever marketing to get many people to buy their products. If you were to take a look at a full list of supplements available on the market today, you’ll find that 95% of them are crap.

The other 5% are the things that truly work. As I said before, No Nonsense Muscle Building says you don’t need the supplements to be successful, but Vince Delmonte pinpoints a few gems that really do work. It’s a short list, and the few supplements that work include things such as creatine and glutamine. He shows you how each of the supplements will help your body and how you can use them effectively to reach your muscle growth goals.

This is great info, as it will save you loads of money each month at the supplement store. You don’t have break your bank the next time you decide to buy products for yourself.

One other thing I would like to note: No Nonsense Muscle Building states that it’s effective to supplement your diet with making your own weight gain shakes. Not the premade store-bought ones… the homemade ones are the best. Vince gives you a ton of recipes to make your weight gain shakes. With a little time to prepare the ingredients, you can make a cheap shake that’s even more nutritious compared to that store-bought stuff.

The Strength Training Program in No Nonsense Muscle Building
No Nonsense Muscle Building takes the route that’s different from most of the other training programs you’ll find. It isn’t just a regular routine at a gym. What makes it effective for hardgainers (or anybody, for that matter) is that it’s a periodization program with cycles. He has you doing very intensive workouts – similar to a HIIT program, except you will be changing sets and reps constantly. The purpose of this is to keep your muscles constantly stimulated; by changing up an intensive routine constantly, your muscles won’t adapt easily.

This weight training program might sound tough to you… because it is! It might take you a while to understand his entire workout program, but eventually you’re going to see very impressive muscle gains.

When you buy No Nonsense Muscle, you’ll be able to view an entire 52-week workout plan; one full year of workouts all set for you! You’ll be able to easily pick out the date in your workout plan, and when you select the day, you’ll find exact exercise descriptions, advice on how to do them correct, as well as animated pictures so that you can see what the exercise looks like. There’s no way you can make an excuse saying “I don’t know how to do that exercise today!”

One thing that I really like about No Nonsense Muscle Building’s weight training program is that it’s a time saver. You’re not going to be in the gym every day. In fact, you’re only going to be working out at the gym 3 times per week. Since each of the workouts is intensive, so you’ll be able to accomplish the same amount of work in 3 days as one whole week of your standard workout. Vince also individualizes each of the programs, from beginner to advanced. So if you’re not in the best shape yet, you’ll be able to adjust the workout schedule to better suit your growth.

In addition to the weight training, No Nonsense Muscle Building also emphasizes Cardio (to a certain degree). Vince Delmonte recommends cardio to cut down on fat and build a lean body. For the people that are very skinny, this generally isn’t recommended. But once you’ve gained some weight, cardio is a necessity to cut down on those small amounts of fat still in your body. No Nonsense Muscle Building shows you many cardio exercises and techniques that you can use to effectively lose fat.

The Diet Plan of No Nonsense Muscle Building
As with any normal diet plan, you’re going to have to do what they all do: eat healthy. Vince will make sure that you have a healthy eating habit, because if you don’t, then you’ll fail at gaining lean muscle mass, no matter how much weight lifting you do.

If you’re a hardgainer, then Vince already knows that you’re going to have to try much harder when it comes to eating. You’re going to have to eat a lot more than a regular person in order to increase your muscle mass. He shows you exactly how you can accomplish your meal plan. In fact, one of his No Nonsense Muscle Building bonuses is an 84 day meal plan!

Keep in mind that Vince knows how hard it can be to suddenly jump right into a new healthy meal plan. The information that he provides in his book will slowly ween you off of your current eating habits into the healthier diet. Another one of his bonuses will give you a handful of information about nutrition; it explains when you should be eating nutritious foods to maximize your muscle growth.

The Bonuses that Come with No Nonsense Muscle Building
This is where you get a huge amount of extra value for your money. I was also quite impressed with the amount of bonuses that comes with your book. It comes with 11 bonuses, all of which will help you out in some way towards your muscle building goal. That’s a lot! I’m not going to go into specific details about each of the bonuses, but I’m going to skim through them and give you the most important parts about each bonus:
Bonus 1 and 2: Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced 29 Week Step-By-Step Workout Program: As I said before, this is where you get a whole workout plan set for you. You just simple pick a date, and you’ll get your entire workout for the day. Each day comes with instructions for each exercise, in case you don’t know how to do them.
Bonus 3: Upside Down Training Program: I found that as a fitness coach, many people tend to have the incorrect form for weight lifting (especially new guys). When this happens, it’s possible that it can easily lead to injury. I found that this book is a good way to eliminate those problems because it gives you the correct posture for each exercise you do.
Bonus 4: Empowered Nutrition 84 Day Healthy Meal Plan: This isn’t just one 84-day meal plan. This has five 84-day meal plans! You’ll receive 12 weeks of nutrition, and each of the different meal plans is for a different calorie level (2k, 3k 4k, 5k, 6k calories per day). You’ll find that on each day, you’ll be eating 6 various meals. At the beginning of each week, you’ll find a grocery list so that you can do out and buy the necessary foods.
Bonus 5: Virtual Exercise Demonstrator: A nice little extra; As I said before, a lot of people don’t know the correct ways to weight lift. So it would be expected that they don’t know how to do each exercise effectively! This tool gives you animated illustrations of many different bodybuilding exercises and comes with advice so that you can maximize your muscle gain.
Bonus 6: Metabolic Growth Calculator: A nifty little tool to calculate the amount of calories that you eat and how much you need to eat to meet your daily goals.
Bonus 7: Supplement Watch Files: I mentioned that Vince doesn’t like supplements except for the rare good ones – this is a list of which supplements will work for you, along with research that shows how effective it is.
Bonus 8: Unforgivable Sins Audio Expose: Allows you to learn about common mistakes in the gym, and how to best avoid them.
Bonus 9: 24/7 Fitness Coach: You’ll be able to look up every single question asked towards Vince. You’ll find whatever answer you need, and if you don’t find the answer to your question, you can even e-mail Vince himself.
Bonus 10: Unlimited Updates: Whenever he updates his No Nonsense Muscle Building book, you’ll get access to the newest version.
Bonus 11: No Nonsense Muscle Building DVD: The DVD version of the book, so that you can see how effective his workout is. 4 hours long! Everything in the book is explained in detail in the DVD, so you won’t be doing any exercise incorrectly from now on!

You can tell that by being the scrawny guy, Vince Delmonte has really done his best to build up and then teach it to others. His experience as being a personal trainer has provided him a great amount of experience to use.

If you still don’t think you can gain a good deal of muscle mass and attain a lean physique, then I’d be that Vince Delmonte can convince you otherwise. He takes all of your bad habits that lead to a weak and skinny body and replaces them using positive habits and positive thinking that work together to maintain the best physiques.

By teaching you everything, from helping you set up goals to weight training, No Nonsense Muscle Building gives you all the details you need to immediately transform into the guy with a lean physique. This book will point out all of the sources of laziness that hold you back and replaces it with the confidence you need.

No Nonsense Muscle Building is a steal

Eat This Not That shows you what you need to know regarding different types of foods in restaurants that could be healthy or harmful for your body. It can show you that by making some small changes to your eating habits, you can make a large difference in your health without having to stop going out to your favorite restaurant for food.

I love eating out. Not only do I love all of the food out there, but the idea of not having to work hard over a steaming hot stove sounds great. Living alone and eating out from time to time can actually be cheaper. Regrettably, eating out can also be bad for my health if I don’t watch what’s going in me. This book aims to teach me facts about foods in restaurants so that I can make better decisions.

Face it, do we truly know what’s in our dishes when we go to eat inside a restaurant? Nope… we don’t know everything that goes in there unless you ask them. However most of the time, their recipes are kept secret. Even if you asked the employees about all of the ingredients inside the dish, they won’t be able to tell you. I find that sometimes I’ve left a restaurant without even eating my first meal because the employees don’t know if they cook using oil or not. It’s the same with every food they sell… most of the time they just don’t know.

Arming yourself with information regarding these restaurant foods is vital for many reasons. When it comes to health, you have to know if you’re eating too much salt or if the foods you’re eating have too much fat. For some people, just having sugar in their food can cause them long-term damage. This book will reveal the questions you might have regarding specific foods.

You’ll also be able to see which dishes have high calories and which ones are possible for you to change so that you can cut back on the calories. The facts in this book are proven, and it will show you what you can eat so that you can still enjoy your food and still shed some pounds. Sounds like a book that’s too good to be true? Well if you take a look at this book then you’ll see it’s all possible.

Remember that eating out at restaurants doesn’t have to be dropped out of your life. If you learn the facts about foods, you can enjoy your dinner outside of home without getting a guilty feeling or being scared of what effects it may have on your health. The best reason you should be reading this book is to find out which foods are good for you and which ones are bad. Then you can make the best choice while enjoying a meal that’s fit for a king that you didn’t have to make yourself.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is currently one of the top selling weight loss and muscle books being sold today. The author, Tom Venuto, says that the ebook will “reveal simple proven science of fat loss.” A ton of people have said that this is among the best fitness books created so far; therefore, I decided to see what was special about this ebook.

I just want to say that before I even had the idea of buying it, I was really skeptical about this ebook’s promises. Seriously, for something that is in the weight loss industry, I’ve learned that a ton of fads and products “claim” to be amazing. I believed that this ebook was lying too about being able to help you lose fat… I was thinking that Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle could have just been using some crazy gimmick.

The main reason why I even heard of this ebook, and why I decided to even buy it, was because of one of my friends. He first recommended it to me, and then he kept on bugging me until I got it! I hadn’t seen him for a little more than a month, and he had sent me a message stating that he lost about 24 pounds using methods that he applied from this ebook. Of course, I was thinking that he was lying at first – but then I met up with him one day and there he was – proof of him looking much better than before. He definitely seemed much more lean compared to when I last saw him.

Now you know how I’m here at this computer creating a review for Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Let’s take a look at some of the facts regarding it…

What comes in your “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” package?
First, let me tell you a little about the ebook itself – when you receive this package, you’re getting this gigantic fitness book – When I say gigantic, I mean a fitness and weight loss book that has 340 pages of pure information (which is a lot when you compare it to other fitness books out on the market). Most of the pages are just full of text. There aren’t pictures to see except for only a few tables here and there.

Your package of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, also comes with various bonuses.

You can see from the titles of these e-books that they were made to compliment your new and healthy diet that you’ll have after you finish reading Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Having these three bonus books will help you make your own diet plan. You’re not going to be eating tuna, chicken, and egg whites all day. There’s much more variety than that. His bonus books contain various foods that are good for you, and a whole list of items that you should completely avoid. Overall, getting his free bonus books adds a really good value to Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. You’re probably receiving about an additional 75+ pages of information.

What You’re Going to Learn in Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle
To tell you the truth, I was very amazed that this book was comprehensive in showing you weight loss techniques and exercise. Most books that I’ve read just skimp out on important details, but Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle tells you everything you need to learn. For example, you’ll learn how to create goals and stay motivated, you’ll find various diets that are healthy, and you’ll learn what you need to know about weight training. Those 3 things that I just mentioned are the “core” of any fitness program… however, this book is huge and it’d be impossible for me to discuss all of the details, so I am going to cover the parts of this book that I found interesting instead. To get an idea of everything you’ll learn, look at the picture further below.

1. Right when you enter your first chapter, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will teach you how to make goals for your weight loss and how you can keep your motivation up. If you have tried losing weight in the past, you know how hard it can be to stick strictly to your entire program. By the time the 2nd or 3rd week rolls around, lots of people forget and just give up on their weight loss program. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will teach you what to do in order to set realistic, specific, and measurable goals so that you will always feel motivated to move to the next step.

2. Another chapter in Burn the Fat Feed the Msucle is the “myth buster” of diet fads. It’s a chapter that talks about diets, and how many of them fail often. For example, one diet that this book likes to bash on is the starvation diet. It’s your typical diet that tells you to cut back on massive amounts of calories. In this book, Tom shows you exactly how it can be counter-productive rather than healthy. He talks more about diets, but it will help you shed some light on the issue so that you’re aware of any crazy diets that are around.

3. Tom Venuto does a pretty good job in helping you make your own nutritious meal plan. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle goes over a decent variety of foods that you should eat, as well as ones you should be avoiding. As I said before, the foods you learn aren’t just “grilled chicken, egg whites, and tuna” all day. There’s more than that!

4. When it comes to supplements, me and Tom share the same view. There are a ton of supplements out there, but we don’t believe that many of them are as effective as what you hear from their marketing. In Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, Tom only talks about a few supplements that are proven to work; not those wild ones that seem too good to be true. If you find that you’re one of those people that are spending a fortune on supplements, then this is something you have to read so that you know what’s good and bad.

5. Most important of any weight loss plan is the exercise. Tom emphasizes both cardio and weight training in order to fulfill your goal. They help you lose weight and get leaner muscles. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle gives you various methods so that you can maximize your time at the gym and not spend hours upon hours there… which is great if you find yourself busy often.

I have to admit that I’m pretty impressed with the amount of coverage in Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. It’s one of those book that truly deserves all of its buzz and hype because it explains almost everything you have to know regarding weight loss and muscle building plans. It’s a book that’s long to read (especially when you consider all of the bonuses too), but it’s worth it.

Here is a quick screenshot of this book’s table of contents; I’m showing this to you so that you know exactly what you’ll be learning when you buy Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

In this weight loss industry full of well-marketed rip-offs, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is a rare book that I recommend to everyone. People are always looking for new and better ways to improve their body, and without a doubt, this is the e-book that’s worth your money.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle costs $39, but this price is considered cheap when you compare it to everything else in the weight loss industry (it’s cheaper than getting 1 or 2 month supplies of weight loss/muscle building supplements, weight loss shakes, and other diet fad books!).
